The content and information included in these Services are provided by LightAircraft.eu and its third party suppliers (collectively, the “Information Providers”). These Services are made available by LightAircraft.eu subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the Agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at this website.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, AGI IS NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AND YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

1. Copyright and Trademarks

All content included or available on this site, including trademarks, service marks, designs, logos, site design, text, graphics and interfaces (the “Intellectual Property”) is the sole property of LightAircraft.eu and/or third parties who have consented to LightAircraft.eu’s use of their Intellectual Property on the Site. You are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to download and print one copy of content displayed on this site on any single computer. Any use of content or materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, printing, or replication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation or distribution of any kind, or posting without prior written permission of an authorized officer of LightAircraft.eu is strictly prohibited.

2. Electronic Mail Acceptable Use Policy

The electronic mail addresses listed in this product are not intended for bulk or unsolicited email broadcasting (aka "spam"); they are intended for individual use only as a means to contact an organization electronically. This agreement bans subscribing addresses to mailing lists, distributing addresses in any form, and bulk mailing more than 20 addresses content of similar nature. It is the user's responsibility to follow guidelines set by the federal and state governments, as well as your internet service provider's Acceptable Use agreement regarding the definition and policies regarding unsolicited bulk email. If complaints are received from organizations regarding unsolicited email transmissions, all refund privileges are lost, any recurring or online accounts will be terminated, and you will be liable to LightAircraft.eu for damages of at least 500 EURO per instance.

3. Telephone / FAX Acceptable Use Policy

You must adhere to list removal requests for telemarketing use. You must use published opt-out lists, including state and national do-not-call registries if the directory is intended for marketing use purposes. It is the users' responsibility to follow guidelines set by state and national law where applicable. Ensure any fax transmissions are solicited and conform to local regulations, as well as the regulations of the state you are faxing to. LightAircraft.eu is not be responsible for any fines or damages resulting from proper or improper use of this directory.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Information and content provided in connection with these Services may be subject to the terms of agreements with Information Providers. LightAircraft.eu and the Information Providers furnish the information available in connection with these Services without responsibility for accuracy and you agree that errors or omissions contained in such information shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause of action against LightAircraft.eu or any Information Provider. LightAircraft.eu believes the Services (including the information and content therein) to be reliable, but accuracy is not warranted or guaranteed. LightAircraft.eu may point to other Web sites that may be of interest to you but for which LightAircraft.eu has no responsibility. NEITHER LightAircraft.eu NOR ANY OF ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS, PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LightAircraft.eu regarding your use of the Services on the Web site from which you accessed this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral and written agreements between you and LightAircraft.eu regarding your use of the Services on the Web site from which you accessed this Agreement.

You agree that this Agreement and any claims arising from this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
